The hotel is located in prime area. It is very close to the mall- mantri square mall. It was very clean. Food at restaurant was tasty and hot. All the staff were very helpful and kind. Front desk personnel was well equipped with basic information.

Horrible experience from rawdy owner.

I too had a horrible experience with this hotel. My 21 year old son, who was doing internship at Bangalore, was staying in this hotel for last 20 days. He required some original papers which he was not carrying with him. Last week, on 22.02.19, I came to Hyderabad for some official work and planned a very short visit to my son on Sunday with the intention of handing over those papers. I was suppose to reach Bangalore at 2:00 hrs in morning and my return flight was scheduled same day 9:00 hrs in morning. Accordingly, I also made a separate online booking for myself & wife in this hotel. I along with my wife, reached hotel at 3:00 hrs and knocked the door. As I can see through the glass dood, two kids of 12-14 year age were sleeping in the small lobby. I called my son to come down stairs and get those kids open the door. They opened the door but didn't allow me to enter and asked me to contact owner. I being Hindi/English speaking person, was not able to converse in Kannada. Being tired and getting impatient, I spoke in louder voice to open the door or to call owner. Suddenly a fat, dark rowdy looking man appeared and conversed with those helper kid for few second. Then he rudely raised a finger towards me and said OUT to me. I tried to reason or explain to him the circumstance, but he didn't listen. Instead he called OYO and said that a person staying in his hotel is causing problem and he is cancelling the booking. Consider our plight, we three at those wee hours had to call taxi and find another Hotel, besides loosing charm of meeting our Son. I did complain to OYO, but nothing positive came out. These e-sites are more concerned with their commission. I even thought of going to consumer court, but my wife hold me back... we have other issues in life. A terrible hotel, having no courtesy. How such persons can be in hospitality business? It is true that hotel employs small kids to serve the guests as reported by Akshay in his review. NOT suitable for any decent person.

Hotel management almost threatened me after I complained about the incident that occurred with me in the hotel. Had booked through MakeMyTrip and they turned a blind ear towards the whole thing. Not only this, the hotel employs a lot of small kids to serve the guests. Terrible experience overall and wouldn't recommend to any decent person
